Booking and Deposit
We look forward to your visit. For a private room reservation we require a deposit amounting to 20% of the arrangements you are booking at least 30 days before your arrival. You may let us know your credit card number together with the expiry date or make a bank transfer: Südtiroler Sparkasse, Filiale Lana, BIC CRBZIT2B025, IBAN: IT91 I060 4558 4900 0000 0132 000. Should we not receive the deposit in time, the room will be made reavailable for booking.

Arrival
We take care of you! The staff at the cable car station will be informed of your arrival and will present you your personal tickets upon arrival at the valley station in Lana. In order to optimize the organisation of your arrival, we ask you to please provide us with your planned arrival time and your mobile telephone number. Should you arrive outside of the regular cable car schedule, the guest relation team will gladly inform you of the daily extra tours.
Garage/Parking Area
Your car is well looked after by us! You can leave it at the hotel’s own garage or at the parking area.
Check in/check out
Your room is ready for check in starting from 3.00 p.m. At your departure we ask you to vacate the room by 12 noon. Depending on availability, we gladly offer a late check out for an extra fee.
Smoke-free at 1500 metres altitude
Take a deep breath at the car-free Vigiljoch. The vigilius mountain resort also implements its deep respect for nature within its buildings. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from smoking in the rooms, the restaurant, the spa area as well as in all corridors and lounges. We have provided ashtrays at all terraces and balconies. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Internet access
In all rooms there is free HDSL-access at your disposal, network cables are used as wireless Lan is not iinstalled at the vigilius. Guests may also use free internet at the terminal in the library.
Dogs
Your dog is welcome! Could there be a better place than the meadows and larch woods to romp around? Please understand, that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, at the Restaurant 1.500 and at the vigilius mountain spa. For your pet we charge Euro 18.- per day without food. In order to avoid any disturbance of the vigilius guests we allow a maximum of 5 dogs at the resort. We would like to inform you that according to federal state law dogs are required to wear a muzzle in the cable car. If required, the staff of the cable car will provide one for a deposit.
Spa bookings
Did you already have time to look at our spa treatments? We recommend booking the desired dates and times before your arrival. Should you be hindered for any reason, we ask you to please cancel the reserved treatment 24 hours in advance. In the event of a short-term cancellation we must charge the regular fee.
In low season
In this period you can inhale even more intensely the calm atmosphere in the vigilius and in the surrounding nature. The Restaurant 1500 and the Parlour Ida are alternately open in the evening and offer a wide choice of culinary experiences. During daytime the Parlour Ida is open daily.
Room cancellation
It is indeed possible that something else crops up! Therefore we ask you to inform us of your cancellation in writing. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is without fee. After that date we must charge 80% of the booked arrangement. The same applies for delayed arrival or early departure. No show will be charged with 100%.
