A personally tailored sporting activity that is ideal for you can be most clearly identified by finding out what your own strengths and capabilities are. The vitality check with our personal trainer starts with a preliminary review to clarify your current state of health and fitness.

The first phase of the test includes establishing your daily energy requirement. The metabolic rate that your body expends per day in a resting state without any sporting activity is measured lying down using a respiratory mask and a heart rate monitor. Your body fat and muscle mass is also measured. The results form the basis for efficient weight management.
A stress test is carried out in the second phase. A Fitmate analysis device measures how your cardiovascular system copes under pressure and where your aerobic and anaerobic training thresholds lie.
After the roughly 20-minute long fitness test on the exercise bike using a heart rate monitor and a respiratory mask, our personal trainer discusses the analysed data with you in detail. Recommendations for how to organise your sporting activity better in future to achieve optimal training results conclude the roughly 90-minute session.
