Our prices are per room and day, including breakfast, the move & explore sports programme as well as use of the sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, swimming pool, car park, all regular cable car trips and use of the chair lift and ski lifts up Monte San Vigilio/Vigiljoch. Subject to price changes.

Flexible cancellation policy in regards to Covid-19:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced a flexible cancellation policy.
Up to 2 days prior to arrival you can modify the travel dates of your booking free of charge or receive a voucher for the paid deposit.
The flexible cancellation conditions only apply for the following reasons:
- in case of border closures
- in case of a travel warning for the province of Bolzano (South Tyrol)
- in case one of the travelers has been tested positive for Covid-19 or is under mandatory quarantine (a medical certificate is required)
Temporary visitor tax: A "temporary visitor tax" will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments in South Tyrol. The fee is 2,50 Euros per person (14 years or older) per night and it is only payable on departure.
vigilius mountain resort is a special place of tranquility and slowing down. In order for us to offer families the necessary attention, and provide people seeking tranquility with lasting relaxation, we only welcome up to 6 children at our hotel at the same time and we sincerely hope that parents will understand our reasons for this. An entertainment programme is not provided for children, the hotel also does not have an indoor or outdoor play area. For the above reasons, we ask children until 12 years to leave the pool area from 5 to 10 pm to guests who are seeking silence and relaxation. Thank you very much!

General cancellation policy:
Up to 14 days prior to arrival the cancellation is free of charge and the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation between 13 to 7 days prior to arrival the paid deposit of 30% of the total amount will be retained.
For later cancellations 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged, the same applies in case of late arrival or early departure.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
These cancellation policies are applicable even in case the room has been fully or partially resold.
