As nature gradually withdraws, the body also prepares for a time of retreat. To come to rest now also means to maintain or regain the balance of body, mind and soul through mindfulness and deep respect for oneself. After a preliminary talk by e-mail or telephone, a further meeting will take place on site to discuss the individual training plan and the three chosen activities in more detail.
