The vigilius mountain resort is the ideal place to find your own inner peace, which is often lost in the hectic of everyday life. The Mental Balance Program shows new, easily manageable ways to sustainably overcome stress.

The Mental Balance Program includes four activities, which can be selected from a list and taken on four to seven days. After a preliminary talk by e-mail or telephone, another meeting will be held on site to discuss the exact contents and the selection of the four activities from the list.

Mental Days Activities

  • Meditation (50 min including rest phase)
  • Individual personal training outdoors in nature (50 minutes)
  • Body talk: brain-body-mind in interaction (50 minutes)
  • Mental training - learning to use your own thoughts positively for yourself (50 minutes)
  • exercises on how to deal with stress via the body (focus + concentration) (50 minutes)
  • HIIT training: bring yourself to your limits + beyond (50 minutes)
  • Forest bathing - stimulation of all senses (50 minutes)
