As nature awakens, so does the urge in us humans to spend time outdoors and to let the body become really active again. After a preliminary talk by e-mail or telephone, a further meeting will take place on site to discuss the individual training plan and the three chosen activities in more detail.

Activities in spring:

  • HITT Training (interval intensive, cardiovascular training) (50 minutes)
  • Breathing exercises (50 minutes)
  • Mental training - how can I focus on one thing in the best possible way? (50 minutes)
  • Pulse active. Get to know your personal heart rate, how the pulse influences our life/training (50 minutes)
  • Preparing the body for the summer, build-up exercises + activation of circulation + body & mind (50 minutes)

3 activities of 50 minutes each in 3 to 5 days                 170,00 €
