As nature awakens, so does the urge in us humans to spend time outdoors and to let the body become really active again. After a preliminary talk by e-mail or telephone, a further meeting will take place on site to discuss the individual training plan and the three chosen activities in more detail.

Activities in spring:

  • HITT Training (interval intensive, cardiovascular training) (50 minutes)
  • Breathing exercises (50 minutes)
  • Mental training - how can I focus on one thing in the best possible way? (50 minutes)
  • Pulse active. Get to know your personal heart rate, how the pulse influences our life/training (50 minutes)
  • Preparing the body for the summer, build-up exercises + activation of circulation + body & mind (50 minutes)

3 activities of 50 minutes each in 3 to 5 days                 170,00 €

Dear guests,

spring is already spreading in the valleys and the landscape slowly awakes from its winter sleep. Also, summer is right around the corner and all of us cannot wait to travel again and enjoy some relaxing days with our loved ones.
