A Time of silence and reflection on oneself. Around the turn of the year many people feel the desire to recapitulate what they want to let go, what they want to take with them and what they want to start anew. After a preliminary talk by e-mail or telephone, another meeting takes place on site to discuss the individual training plan and the three chosen activities in more detail.
