Yin & Yang

Activity and rest are pairs of opposites, as in Yin & Yang they are mutually exclusive and yet fundamentally dependent on each other. Phases of activity are followed by periods of rest in order to recharge one's batteries, and vice versa, periods of rest give people the tools they need to master new challenges and make the best possible use of their own energy.

The Yin & Yang Days include five activities, which can be selected after a preliminary discussion via e-mail or telephone and divided into four to seven days. During a personal meeting at the vigilius mountain resort, the exact contents of the Yin & Yang Days will be discussed.

The following activities are available:


  • Meditation and mindfulness exercises
  • Conscious breathing
  • Autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson
  • Five Tibetans
  • Breathing exercises for activation


  • Archery
  • Fitness boxes
  • Go wild and free
  • HIIT or forest runs (sprints)
  • Elements of martial arts (Bokken Training - Kiai)

The conclusion is the combination of Yin & Yang. Finding the individual balance between activity and rest is the goal of these days, which are dedicated to the mindfulness towards oneself.
