The Five Tibetan Rites ®, a gentle wake-up workout in our day room or aqua pilates in the infinity pool are on the agenda in the mornings.
Active guests are of course drawn outside during the day, as nature is the gym at the vigilius mountain resort. Gain new energy by mountain biking, Nordic walking, hiking barefoot, running or going on long hikes to the most stunning spots up Monte San Vigilio/Vigiljoch. The free sports programme also includes special offers such as archery, a core workout using the Theraball, the ABC run for beginners and a whole variety of other offers that you can find in our weekly programme.
Lovers of nature and the silence in winter will love Monte San Vigilio/Vigiljoch. A nostalgic chair lift from bygone days and two short drag lifts are the modest infrastructure in the small skiing area where the children from Lana gather their first experiences on skis. On weekdays, there is hardly ever a sound penetrating the deep wintry silence up Monte San Vigilio/Vigiljoch. When Mother Hulda means well with us, the move & explore programme offers snowshoe hikes through untouched landscapes covered in deep snow throughout the winter. There is also a well-established toboggan run near the chair lift as well as an option of ice skating and curling at the black lake. A nature holiday in the winter too.

Apart from our free move & explore programme, you can also book our sports guide for private sessions, a day exclusively for you or even for a programme as part of a Fit Week. The sports programme is of course geared entirely towards your personal requirements, whether you want to be actively sporty, gain more strength and stamina, or long for meditative relaxation and want to find inner harmony through gentle exercise.

A personally tailored sporting activity that is ideal for you can be most clearly identified by finding out what your own strengths and capabilities are. The vitality check with our personal trainer starts with a preliminary review to clarify your current state of health and fitness.
Following a vitality check, our personal trainer compiles a training plan tailored to you and supports you throughout your week of sport. During the Fit Week, you find your ideal rhythm of activity and extensive training breaks for relaxation with a sports massage or in the vigilius mountain spa.
